TRANSTECHNOLOGY was founded in 2000 as an intraventure of Nagase Co, Ltd. for the purpose of bringing innovation into digital AV (Audio/Video) world.

Since established the brand, TransTechnology has been attracted attention from PC and Digital home electronics field by releasing worlds’ first PC DVD Recorder for General and by first designing and developing Network DVD player in the industry.

In 2006, TransTechnology has become as an independent company. Since then, other than developing the original digital home electronics products, TransTechnology has also developed user-friendly technologies that enable all users to make full use of high-tech digital devices more easily, and provide these technologies to home electronic and AV hardware manufactures.  Such technologies includes “MagicSync”, a PC-less solution that brings benefits of digital audio to more users without any complicated PC control, and “ULCS”, a home network application that enables users to enjoy their digital data such as video, audio or photos files on the same network connected digital home electronic devices or PC.

TransTechnology will continue to release original and unique products to the market and introducing a breath of fresh air into digital entertainment world through development of technologies, not only for hardware or software but also for other various fields, and through its worldwide network.
